Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

Up to 14 days prior to the event, a paid vendor who withdraws from an event will be entitled to a full refund (minus a $35 administrative fee), to be delivered within 30 days of the cancellation.  Alternatively, vendor may choose a one-time transfer, with no administrative fee, to another event occurring within 6 months.  A cancellation occurring within 14 days of an event is non-refundable, though if  not within 5 days of the event, the vendor may request a one-time transfer to another event occurring within 6 months of the original event.  No refunds or transfers will be offered for cancellations within 5 days of an event.
